I thought it would be fun to share my favorite holiday magazines with you! Some of my choices might surprise you, but that’s half the fun, right? Well here they are…all nestled under my Christmas tree.
1. Yoga Journal // 2. Whole Living // 3. Restoration Hardware
Yoga Journal — I LOVE this magazine. It may not seem like an obvious choice to read during the holidays, but for many of us, yoga is a great way to relax, unwind, and de-stress. Let’s face it, people: the holidays can be hectic. It’s okay that they’re hectic. It’s part of the experience. Pulling out my Yoga Journal and running through a vinyasa always helps me to center myself and appreciate the moment. God blesses us with a human body that is capable of calming itself (in most cases). Yoga is a magnificent way to do that and to ponder all that you’re thankful for! Check out their website for some terrific pose sequences and healthy tips!
Whole Living — This magazine is terrific for discovering healthy recipes, life tips, and fun information about whole living (heehee). Not only is the photography in this magazine GORGEOUS, but the recipes look delicious! Who doesn’t need to build their repertoire of healthy holiday recipes?
Restoration Hardware — Okay, I stumbled across this magazine by accident, but I’m SO glad I did! Last year, the Philosopher made a purchase for his father from their website and ever since, we’ve received their monthly magazine! Folks, this magazine is GORGEOUS. I’ve been
hoarding stockpiling their most beautiful editions for future reference. Their Holiday Source Book is one such copy. The design images and housing displays are just delightful. I also stashed away their Baby edition for one day in the future!
