All this talk of wintry weather has me a bit excited at the prospect that maybe, just maybe, my humble corner of the south might get some snow at some point this winter!! I love snow. If you’ve read my Tales from Niflheim, you’ll know that I love to write about it. I know it’s certainly cold today. It has been a busy week. To be honest, I feel a bit frazzled. I’m trying to ease back into a semblance of a normal schedule, but it’s been a bit hectic. Thankfully, I’m making some real progress on my third Tale from Niflheim and on the editing of my first Tale from Arata. I love my life. I love my job. I am pretty darn excited about this year! Even with all the busyness, I am full of joy and peace. My heart is full of emotions that make me feel a bit like this:
>> My dearest Philosopher. Don’t know what I’d do without that man.
>> My fun trip to Chattanooga with my friend Kate! We had a blast!
>> Time spent reading amazing Lindsay Buroker books–specifically Blood and Betrayal.
>> Time to spend with family tonight!
>> Time to write, edit, and do Maiedae work.
What are you thankful for this week? What are some things that are filling your heart with happiness and joy? Any exciting writing or reading endeavors? I’d love to hear about them.
