*Whew!* It has been a really busy week. On Monday night, the Philosopher and I registered my domain name for my new website. I spent all night Monday and then all day Tuesday working on getting this beautiful site up and functional. Do you like it? I hope you do. I’ve been working like a madwoman on it. 🙂 The wintry motif goes with my first book cover, so when I publish my book (VERY SOON!) and show you the cover art, it will make sense. 🙂

Today, I did lots of projects:

~Figured out how to name my website, but hide the title in the header bar.

~Made buttons for my “Post Series” widget to the right and got the HTML configured.

~Did some random Maiedae work.

~Wrote 2,007 words on my current manuscript (the third novel in my Tales from Niflheim series).

~Edited 10 pages of my second manuscript (the sequel to the novel I’m prepping for publishing).

~Did the cover art for the second manuscript for later in the year.

~Did some geneology mapping for my stories. FUN! 🙂

It’s been a very productive day and I’m pleased with all the progress I’m making on these books. My hope is that by the end of 2012, I’ll have all three of these books published. If not three, then at least two of them! I’m working as hard as I can to make that happen.

I hope you are all having a happy Wednesday! In honor of my husband’s and my weekly date night, enjoy the following haiku:

Errands around town

Under the sun, hand in hand

Back at home: snuggle

Share your Wednesday haiku! Remember if you do: haiku are 3 lines, they do not rhyme, and the line syllable scheme is: 5, 7, 5!

Thanks for stopping by,
