Have I ever mentioned my love for Paul Coelho’s book The Alchemist? Well, if not, you should know that I ADORE it. It is such a beautiful book and this is one of the many quotes I have treasured from it. It gives me such courage, hope, and peace. This week has been both excellent and challenging. There are many great projects going on during my workday that are very worthwhile, but they take lots of mental effort. I’m looking forward to a restful date night tonight with the Philosopher. Since I’ve got to get back to those aforementioned projects, take a look at some of these wonderful Wednesday links!

>> I become insanely attached to good characters. For instance, since I’m reading Sabriel for the third time, I just could NOT wait to get to Mogget again! Mogget is one of my favorite characters of ALL time.

>> I also become insanely attached to my own characters. I can’t help it. In some ways I feel like their mom.

>> My brain can become overloaded and twerked out if I spend too much mental energy at one time. I then grow very tired for hours at a time. Breaks are my friend.
