I think I’m wishing for some spring flowers, guys. This cold weather has me freezing all the time! This week has been extremely productive. Since last Wednesday, I’ve written 20,000 words on my new novella/short-novel project! I’ve also overcome a nasty sinus bug and managed to jump back into my workout schedules. It feels terrific to get back in the game after being sick. This week, I’m bringing you a “writing” themed linkup. Enjoy.

Random Facts About My Writing and Reading Habits

>> Sometimes, I have to step away from a major project (like TFN #3) and work on something else. Not only am I more productive this way, but it helps me to give my brain a break on the other manuscript, so I can come back to it with fresh eyes.

>> I’m in a reading phase where I’m going where my brain takes me. I was in the middle of the Abhorsen Trilogy, but REALLY REALLY wanted to read Lindsay Buroker’s new short novel, so I’m taking a break from Abhorsen Trilogy and reading hers. 🙂 I’ll come back to the other series, I promise.

>> I get extremely cold while writing, so my hubby bought me a foot warmer for Christmas two years ago and I typically write in fluffy robes and hats.

Happy Wednesday, all!
