IMG_2627In case you’ve missed my last few posts, I’ve been having a bit of a down-week. I’m really starting to perk up today and I’m excited! I started my day off right with a juiced breakfast and got a load of dishes done. Now I’m sitting down to get my workday under my belt. Feeling good and relaxed. 🙂

Wednesday Wanderment
  • Glad you are feeling better! I definitely had to take a break with everything going on but once I’m all settled, I will get right back to it. Definitely going to start taking better care of myself, even started a personal blog where I’m gonna write about my experience going Paleo. That should be fun! Hope you get lots accomplished!! 🙂

    • That’s awesome, Cass! Paleo is really neat. I’ve never done it as a primary diet for myself, but I do try to frequently find good Paleo recipes to try! I try to eat low carb as a rule. Enjoy your new blog! I’ve thought about creating a health blog for myself, but I haven’t yet. Not sure if I want to do it or not. 🙂
