It has been both a challenging and amazing week. Challenging in the sense that I’ve been dealing with some tough emotional issues and amazing, because in the midst of that challenge I’ve been learning lots of great things about myself and about what my mind, body, and spirit need in order to thrive and to be the best writer I can be.
